Job Description:

We are seeking an organized individual with prior customer relations or restaurant experience to prepare meals for our seniors.

Responsibilities for preparing meals for three meal sites include:

• Prepare the day's menu according to the menu plan,
• Prepare and serve the daily noon meal.
• get meals ready for other VSS sites that this site provides meals for,
• package meals for meals on wheels, all in a timely matter.
• Clean up of meal preparation and serving area.
• Clean meal preparation and serving areas according to health standards, follow a monthly, weekly, and daily cleaning schedule on kitchen equipment.

Experience and Skills:

• Prior restaurant management experience is preferred. 
• Customer relations experience.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule.
• Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and organization.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
